Zwangsräume — Ceramic Tiles as Art Installation
Ceramic tiles as a carrier for conceptual art: printed tiles for the installation "Zwangsräume" by Zoff.
For the art installation "Zwangsräume" (Forced Spaces), Glastrix produced UV-printed ceramic tiles. The project by Zoff engages artistically with enforced spaces, control and physical confinement. Ceramic tile as a material is not an arbitrary choice — it references institutional and public spaces such as prisons, hospitals and government offices. UV direct print on ceramic makes the motif permanent, scratch-resistant and fully waterproof.
