2. Data collection and processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services or where you have given your consent. When you visit our website, technically necessary data (IP address, access time, pages visited) is temporarily stored in server logs for up to 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

3. Contact and enquiry forms

When you contact us via our forms, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is used solely to process your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

4. Appointment scheduling (cal.eu)

The booking calendar on this site is powered by cal.eu, an appointment scheduling service operated by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5544, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Cal.eu stores all data exclusively on servers in the EU and has entered into a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When booking an appointment, your name, email address, and chosen time slot are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention: 12 months.

5. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, only with your explicit consent. IP anonymisation is enabled. The information generated about your use of the website is transferred to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. PostHog analytics

This website uses PostHog, a web analytics and session recording service provided by PostHog Inc. (2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), only with your explicit consent. PostHog processes mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, and anonymised usage events to identify usability issues in the booking flow. All form inputs are automatically masked; no personal data entered into forms is recorded.

Data is processed on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, AWS eu-central-1). PostHog has entered into a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (posthog.com/dpa).
