Contact Form & Email Enquiries
When you use our contact or enquiry form, your details (name, email address, message) are forwarded by email to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Data is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle your request.
NFC Business Card Platform
Through our NFC business card platform (accessible at nfc.glastrix.com or glastrix.com/nfc) we process the following personal data of cardholders: name, job title, company, profile photo, social media links, website links, and anonymised scan statistics (number and timing of card views). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Data is stored on servers of Supabase Inc. (San Francisco, USA); the legal basis for the third-country transfer is standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Profiles are deleted no later than 2 years after termination of the contractual relationship. For deletion or information requests, contact info(at)glastrix.com.
