Where are these prints produced?

We cut and print our glass in Berlin, Germany. The location is not however a walk-in establishment, but a production studio.

Can I pick up my order if I live in Berlin?

Yes, we can make an appointment for you, otherwise we are happy to have it delivered to you.

What is the turnaround time on orders?

Your order can usually be readied in a few days to a week. Some allowances must be made in the case of safety or specialty glass, as we may not have these in stock.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, transfers and cash.

Do you offer any gift certificates?

Yes we do. Simply contact us per email and we can set it up for you.

How does my print get mounted on the wall?

A.

We can supply you with mounts for your picture. These mounts are affixed to the rear (printed side) of the glass and are not visible. It appears as if your glass print is floating before the wall.

Do you offer any custom sizes or shapes?

A.

Many sizes and shapes are possible! Our usual prints are maximum 1200 x 1200 mm. Feel free to ask us what is possible, we also gladly do custom work.

Can resizing change the image quality?

A.

In a way. An increase of resolution is not possible, though some of our programs can smooth some images effectively. The ideal minimum resolution for prints is 300 dpi. Shrinking an image may make it appear sharper.

Will you crop my image?

A.

We can indeed crop your image to fit the aspect ratio of the glass you have ordered, however, we would run the crop by you first for approval, which may add to the turnaround time. Please note that if the aspect ratio is different than the requested glass format, it will need to be cropped, losing some of the image. If you are not sure, we may help you choose the right format after you have sent us the image.

What kind of files can I upload?

We accept any image files you may have, as well as PDF files. Please try to send us the highest quality photo you have. Anything over 300 dpi at final image size will be just fine. If you are unsure of the resolution of your photo, you can send it to us and we can recommend a size.

What if there is a mistake in my shipping address?

A.

Please make sure you provide us with an accurate address. If you have realized that you have not given us the proper address, please let us know right away, then we can change it for you. The price of an order does not cover the charge to reship to a corrected address.

Is rush production available?

A.

Usually your order is printed and ready to go within 3 days. We can however speed up production on your order. This would cost an extra 30 Euros. You order will then be the next one on the print queue. Please note this is not for expedited delivery, which would be an extra cost factor.

What happens if the glass is damaged on arrival?

A.

Please contact us right away. Include a photo of the packaging and the article, and we will promptly produce you another. There is no need to return broken items.

How much will shipping cost me?

A.

All orders of over 100 Euros have free shipping or delivery within Germany. If your order is under 100 Euros, it may cost between 5 and 15 Euros depending on the size of your product. For European orders outside of Germany, please add 9 Euros to the above conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Please be aware of any duties you must pay when importing product. Orders outside of Europe may differ with shipping costs.

How will my order be delivered?

A.

In some cases the glass will be delivered with a van properly equipped to carry large pieces of glass. For smaller pieces or international orders we ship with DHL or Hermes.

Do you offer any discounts for larger quantities?

With large orders, the prices per print drop. In this case, simply request a quote through email, we will respond with our best price.

Are discounts available?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for professional creatives and nonprofit organizations. Commercial customers and reseller can receive additional discounts, please contact us for an individual quote.
